How does the budget request work?

• 1. Add the products to the yor budget list. Make sure you selected the correct products and quantities.

  2. Complete your contact details and send the budget request. Your solicitude would be received by one of our sales managers.

  3. Our sales manager would review your budget request and get back to you with further details regarding product stock, available discounts, payment and shipping.

What are the payment options?

• Payments can be completed via wire transfer. Most transactions are managed in Euros. If you desire to pay in another currency you can get in contact with our sales department for further assistance.

Can I receive a discount if I order in large quantities?

• Large quantities purchases can be eligible for special discounts. To check if you can be eligible, complete the budget request form and one of our sales agents will follow up your request.

What is the average timing for shipping?

• Shipping times depend on the final destination where the products need to be delivered. Regardless of that, we usually ship products within 6-8 weeks after the order if finalized.

Does your product have quality & safety certifications?

• We manufacture our products following a rigorous process of standardization. All our products have been assessed and deemed to meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements, and have certifications of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 respectively.

Can I request a customization in the product?
